The area of non-wage benefits is a recurring theme in the day-to-day running of organizations.

In order to improve their value proposition for employees and be able to attract talent, companies need to be attentive to changing expectations, adapting their offer and establishing listening and monitoring mechanisms that allow them to constantly evolve in line with these expectations.

In order to attract talent, these companies have to have a very interesting value proposition that goes beyond financial compensation – diversity and inclusion policies, flexible working hours and models and well-being programs, among others, have entered the companies’ agenda to complement the traditional offer of these benefits. This aspect is more intense in cases where there is a greater imbalance between supply and demand, such as more technical areas and companies undergoing digital transformation, but it is becoming increasingly widespread across sectors and companies of different sizes.

In addition to benefits such as food allowance and health insurance, there are now a variety of other possible benefits in the areas of mobility, education, health and even culture.
