Edenred Flexível is a social voucher given by the company to its employees to support them with education, training, health or elderly support expenses for the employee and/or their family. It is a prepaid card that can be recharged with the amounts stipulated by the company.

Edenred Flexível offers tax savings for both the company and the employee. The amount awarded through this card is exempt from TSU. Edenred Flexível users can also access a Discount and Advantage Program that offers them exclusive discounts on various brands.

The Edenred Flexível card can be used in a network of over 3,500 member establishments. In the case of education and training, it can be used in schools, colleges, universities, bookstores, training centers, language schools, music schools, among others. In the areas of health and elderly support, it can be used in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, opticians, orthopedic and geriatric stores, nursing homes, day care centers, home support services, among others. Discover all the establishments that make up the network, which is constantly updated, here, in the MyEdenred App and on the MyEdenred Portal.

This benefit can be used to pay for education expenses, training expenses, health expenses and elderly support for employees and/or their families.

There is no limit to the amount you can load on the Edenred Flexível card. As it is a reloadable prepaid card, it can be reloaded several times with the desired amount.

The cards are sent to the company, which has to ensure that they are distributed to employees. In some cases, the company can request that they be sent to the employee’s home.

The estimated issuing and dispatch time for each card is up to 10 working days.

No. The amount is always borne by the employer and does not appear on the employee’s balance.

No. Edenred Flexível is awarded via a reloadable prepaid card, there is no need to have an associated bank account.

The balance of the Edenred Flexível card can be consulted on the MyEdenred App, available for Android, iOS and Huawei, or at MyEdenred.pt. All they have to do is register.
It is also possible to check the balance via our User Support Line – 707 500 360 – which is available every day between 08h00 and 24h00.

No. Edenred Flexível is a social benefit and can only be loaded by the employer, through the IBAN associated with the card.

The business relationship is established with the company and employees do not have to fill in or sign any documents. All the required information is their name, surname and VAT number.

The Edenred Flexível card is protected by a PIN code, which is sent separately from the card in order to guarantee the security of the process. In the event of loss or misplacement, the user can block the card via the MyEdenred App or at MyEdenred.pt.

Each card is valid for 3 years. The expiration date is stated on the front of the Edenred Flexível card.

There is a fee for renewing the card, which corresponds to the issuing and dispatching of the card. This fee is charged to the company.

If the employee leaves the company, the balance remains on the card. It must be spent within 60 days.
