Edenred Flexível is a social voucher given by the company to its employees to support them with education, training, health or elderly support expenses for the employee and/or their family. It is a prepaid card that can be recharged with the amounts stipulated by the company.

This solution offers tax savings to the employee, who is exempt from paying TSU on the amount allocated through Edenred Flexível. Edenred Flexível users can also access the Discounts and Advantages Program which offers them exclusive discounts on various brands.

There is no limit to the amount to be awarded in Edenred Flexível, and it is up to the company to decide the amounts to be awarded to each employee.

The card is rechargeable and can be loaded several times with the desired amounts.

The cards are sent to the company, which has to ensure that they are distributed to employees. There is also the option of requesting the shipment to employee’s home, which can only be requested by the company itself.

In the case of education and training, it can be used in schools, colleges, universities, bookstores, training centers, language schools, music schools, among others. In the areas of health and elderly support, it can be used in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, opticians, orthopedic and geriatric stores, nursing homes, day care centers, home support services, among others. Discover all the establishments that are part of the network, which is constantly being updated, here in the MyEdenred App or at MyEdenred.pt.

As it is a social benefit with associated tax advantages, Edenred Flexível can only be used in Portugal, in the Edenred merchants network (establishments with an agreement with Edenred).

The balance of the Edenred Flexível card can be consulted on the MyEdenred App, available for Android, iOS and Huawei, or on MyEdenred.pt. All you have to do is register.

Yes. You can add your household’s Edenred Flexível card to your account in the App or at MyEdenred.pt. If you have an Edenred Refeição card, you can also link it to your MyEdenred account. This way, you can quickly consult all your cards in one place.

The Edenred Flexível card is protected by a PIN code, which is sent separately from the card in order to guarantee the security of the process. In the event of loss or misplacement, the user can block the card via the App or at MyEdenred.pt.

Immediately block the card via the App or at MyEdenred.pt, so that you can try to locate it without the risk of it being used by third parties. Then:
– If you can’t find the card, ask for it to be replaced by calling our User Support Line – 707 500 360. A new card will be sent to you with the balance available at the time of blocking.
– If you find the card, you can unblock it in the MyEdenred App or at MyEdenred.pt and use it again as normal.

Each card is valid for 3 years, the expiration date is stated on the front of the Edenred Flexível card.

Renewing the card has an associated fee, corresponding to its issue and dispatch price. However, this fee is charged to the company.

If you no longer work for the company, the balance remains on the card. It must be spent within 60 days.
