Edenred Gift is a digital gift card that companies can use to reward and recognize employees for their performance. This gift card can be used for a wide range of products and services.

Edenred Gift is exempt from TSU if its attribution is not mode on a regular basis, is not based on objective criteria, is not expected to be received and is awarded once every 5 years.

Edenred Gift can be assigned to all employees that companies wish to reward or recognize, and it is up to the company to choose the amount to be awarded to each employee.

Yes, each card can be loaded with a minimum amount of €5 and a maximum of €1,000. Each calendar year, the same employee can only receive a maximum of 12 cards and the total amount allocated cannot exceed €10,000.

Edenred Gift card is sent directly to the employee by email, within 48 hours of receiving the payment made by the company.

There are fees associated with issuing the card, which can be consulted directly with your account manager.

No. The employees can decide how and where to use it – they can use the entire available balance in a single purchase or divide it up into several purchases, in a single brand or in different brands.

If the employee hasn’t received the code, or can’t find it, they should contact our partner Click&Gift’s support team at suporte@clickandgift.com.

No. Edenred Gift can only be used to make payments within a given merchants network.

The business relationship is established with the company and employees do not have to fill in or sign any documents. All is needed is their professional email address, first name, surname and VAT number. When employees register on the platform where they can exchange their Edenred Gift balance, they only need to provide their first name, surname and professional email address.

Edenred Gift is totally secure. The card is nominative and contains a set of information that guarantees its security. The gift card can only be redeemed using the email address associated with the card (if a different email address is provided, it is not possible to proceed). Furthermore, it is not possible to change the email address associated with the Edenred Gift.

Edenred Gift is valid for 12 months and can be extended by 1 month if the order is placed within 3 months of the expiry date. Once redeemed, the expiry date is the one given by the chosen brand.

Even if the employee is no longer working for the company, they can still use the Edenred Gift until it expires. The employee must keep their code, as any resends will have to be made to the original email address of the order.
