No. You can use the entire available balance on a single purchase or split the amount between several purchases, on a single brand or on different brands.

Access your Edenred Gift exchange page here. After providing your card code, you can see the balance you have available in the top right-hand corner.

When you choose a certain amount in a brand to exchange your Edenred Gift for, you are purchasing a gift card from that brand. Once you have converted your Edenred Gift into vouchers for other brands, you can no longer reverse the operation.

The Edenred Gift card is awarded by the company to the employee, and it is up to the employer to decide the amounts to attribute to each employee. Each card can be loaded with a minimum of €5 and a maximum of €1,000. Each calendar year, the same employee may only receive a maximum of 12 cards and the total amount awarded may not exceed €10,000.

No. Edenred Gift is a digital gift card that can only be used to make payments in a given merchants network.

No. Edenred Gift is personal and non-transferable and can only be used by the employee to whom it has been given.

You can use Edenred Gift with total security guarantees. The card is nominative and contains a set of information that guarantees its security. The gift card can only be redeemed using the email address associated with the card (if you enter a different email address, you will not be able to proceed). Furthermore, it is not possible to change the email address associated with the Edenred Gift.

Edenred Gift is valid for 12 months and can be extended by one month if the order is placed within three months of the expiry date. Once redeemed, the expiry date is the one assigned by the chosen brand.

Even if you are no longer an employee of the company that awarded you the Edenred Gift, you can still use it until it expires. However, you should keep your code, as any resend will be to the original email address.
