Edenred Estudante can be awarded to any employee, as this benefit can be used to pay for children’s education costs from the age of 7, but also for the employee’s own training costs.
How can I order Edenred Estudante?

How is Edenred Estudante assigned?
The company enters the information of the employees to whom it wishes to grant this benefit into the Client Portal. Afterwards, the employee receives an email confirming receipt of the benefit with instructions on the next steps to proceed with its use.
What is the deadline for making Edenred Estudante available?
The wallet is available within 24 hours.
Does the company have any costs associated with the solution?
There are fees associated with the solution. Consult your Edenred account manager for a personalized proposal.
How is the wallet loaded?
Edenred Estudante wallet is loaded in the Client Portal and the respective amount is available once the order has been successfully paid for.
Is there any limit to the awarded amount?
There is no limit to the amount that can be awarded to each employee.
Does the employee need to have an associated bank account?
No. The Edenred Estudante is granted in a 100% digital wallet format, there is no need to have a linked bank account.
Where can employees consult the available amount?
Employees can check their balance and transactions on the MyEdenred App or on MyEdenred.pt.
Does the Edenred Estudante amount have to be used in a single payment?
No, the employee can use the available balance in several payments.
Is it possible to make deposits, cash withdrawals or bank transfers with Edenred Estudante?
No, Edenred Estudante is a social voucher that the company offers to employees to help them with their expenses or those of their children or dependents in education and training. The amount awarded can only be used for payments in the Edenred merchants network.
Under the GDPR, what personal data of employees is required?
The business relationship is established with the company and employees do not have to fill in or sign any documents. All that’s required is their name, surname, email address and VAT number.
How secure is Edenred Estudante?
The wallet has two layers of security: when the benefit is added to the MyEdenred App and when the payment is validated to the establishment (via SMS token).
What is the expiration date of Edenred Estudante?
The digital wallet is valid for 24 months.
If the employee leaves the company, what happens to the Edenred Estudante?
Even if the employees no longer work for the company, they can still use Edenred Estudante until it expires.
