A look at the new MyEdenred App

Have you noticed that the MyEdenred App is different? Every day we try to ensure that you have the best possible experience with your Edenred benefits and we believe that the MyEdenred App plays a key role.
We’ve just launched a new version. Come and discover it with us!
1 – Balance and movement inquiries
Always have your card balance and transactions at your fingertips. That way, you’ll always know if you can use your Edenred card for your next purchase.
Does your card appear with a different image? Find out why.
2 – Search for establishments
Do you want to be sure that a particular establishment accepts payments with the Edenred card? In the MyEdenred App you can find all the participating establishments on the map or in a list.
Use the filter to find establishments that accept Euroticket Refeição (restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and pastry shops, butchers, fishmongers, etc) or establishments that accept Edenred Flexible (schools, universities, bookshops and stationery stores, pharmacies, clinics, nursing homes, etc).
3 – Suggested establishments
Have you been to an establishment and been unable to pay with your Edenred card? Make a suggestion so that we can get in touch with the establishment and it can become part of our network.
All you need to do is enter a few details about the space, such as its name or location. If you don’t know any of these details, you can check the invoice you received after making the payment.
4 – Discount and Advantage Program
As an Edenred user you have access to a range of exclusive advantages in fuel, insurance, mobility, energy, leisure, entertainment, health and well-being, technology and much more.
To find out which discounts are available and how you can access them, simply go to the “Edenred Advantages” section.
5 – Restaurant discounts and table reservations
The MyEdenred App also allows you to access promotional campaigns in restaurants, as well as book a table or place takeaway orders.
Find out in the “Where to Use” section if there are restaurants near you with discounts and make your reservation directly in the app.
6 – Other features
Do you have the Euroticket Refeição and also the Edenred Flexible? Then you can add both cards to the MyEdenred App by clicking on the “+” on the home screen. This way, you can check the balance and movements of both cards.
Lost your card? Don’t waste time and block it in the app by clicking on its image and then selecting the “Block card” option.

Did you know that you can also link your Edenred cards to MB WAY?
Do you have a Euroticket Estudante or Edenred Flexível card? You can add them to MB WAY to make contactless purchases via your cell phone or online purchases at participating establishments.
Linking your card to MB WAY is done in the same way as any other bank card. See the step by step here.
Starting from July 2023, Euroticket benefits have been renamed Edenred.
