Connections that add value: The successful relationship between Edenred and Grupo Base

As part of her Business Stories project, Marta Leite de Castro spoke to Nalina Kará, Human Resources Director at the BASE Group.

About the Grupo Base

Grupo Base is a Portuguese group with around 600 employees, which owns companies in the automotive (C.Santos VP), logistics (Europeças), industrial (UMM and SLM) and technology (Vera Intelligence for Business) sectors.

As various companies in the group adopted some of Edenred’s benefits, and ensured their satisfaction with them, it made sense to centralize the entire offer of extra-salary benefits in a single supplier.

At the moment, Grupo Base is preparing to have a personalized meal card with its visual identity and standardized for all business units, thus contributing to the sense of belonging of all employees.
