Edenred Creche and Estudante now have a 100% digital format

At Edenred, we work every day to innovate and improve the experience of all those who have to do with our benefits: client companies, users and partner establishments.

We recently took another step towards digitizing our solutions. Edenred Creche and Edenred Estudante are now available in 100% digital format. These childcare, education and training benefits can now be added to a wallet that allows payments to be made via the MyEdenred App.

How does the 100% digital wallet work?

Companies wishing to grant their employees Edenred Creche and/or Edenred Estudante benefits can now do so using this new format. The process is very simple:

  1. The company assigns the benefit to the employee in the Client Portal;
  2. The employee receives an email informing them that they have been awarded the same benefit and adds it to their wallet in the MyEdenred App.
  3. Once the company has loaded the benefit, the employee can use the balance at participating establishments. All they have to do is enter their details and select the establishment where they want to make a payment.
  4. After confirmation, the payment is automatically validated in the MyEdenred App.

  • Comfort and convenience: the benefit is assigned simply by the company on the Customer Portal and managed conveniently by the employee on the MyEdenred App.
  • Speed: top-ups are available within 24 hours.
  • Flexibility: there is no limit on the amount to be awarded.
  • Security: payments made on the MyEdenred App are verified via SMS token and have total security guarantees.
