Edenred distinguished as a Marca Recomendada 2025

After being awarded the Prémio Cinco Estrelas award once again, Edenred Portugal has once again been awarded the Marca Recomendada 2025 seal by Consumers Trust.

For the fourth year running, Edenred has obtained the best satisfaction rating on Portal da Queixa in the meal card category.

This distinction is the result of the work of the entire team and an uninterrupted effort to provide the best possible experience for customers and users of Edenred benefits.

About the Marca Recomendada seal

The Marca Recomendada seal is a vote of confidence from consumers. This distinction recognizes brands for their performance and customer orientation on Portal da Queixa by Consumers Trust.

In 2025, 177 brands received the Marca Recomendada seal. The methodology used is based on calculating the average satisfaction rating that brands obtained over the 12 months of the previous year.

According to Sónia Lage Lourenço, CEO of Portal da Queixa, “The ‘Marca Recomendada 2025’ distinction is more than recognition, it’s a celebration of Edenred Portugal’s dedication and commitment to delivering customer service that stands out for its excellence.”
