    Did you think you could get away with it? No way, being at home doesn’t give you an excuse to slack off. Nowadays, you can find all kinds of training suggestions online, adapted to your home space. And how about trying out that class you’ve always wanted to, but never had the time for? Exercising will not only keep you healthy, but by stimulating the release of endorphins, it will make you feel happier.
